After yesterdays lunch with all the neighbours we kept up the good times with another lunch at the nearby beachfront restaurant. Gillian & Godfredo had invited me to lunch with them, their treat, which was rely great of them, what good friends they are. Tom & Fran, an Irish couple we have made friends with decided to join us as well. With a table outside under the sun awning we enjoyed a superb meal. Gillian, Godfredo and Tom had a huge selection of fresh fish while Fran and I opted for the filet of beef. The food was cooked to perfection and served beautifully. Being Morocco the restaurant didn't serve wine, but they had no objections to us taking own own, they were more than happy to provide the glasses for us. Sitting in the warm sunshine enjoying lunch was a far cry from the usual cold, wet or snowy European weather at this time of year. England once again has had some pretty rough weather lately with more flooding and sadly a number of deaths as a result. You feel for the families of those lost, especially at this festive time of the year that should be a family celebration not a tragedy.
We sat talking and relaxing in the restaurant till mid afternoon before returning to the motorhomes, I doubt any of us will want or need anything more to eat today.
It seems I've been travelling all my life. For the past eight years I've been following a simple, nomadic lifestyle, living and traveling full time in a camper van and meeting with other like minded travellers.
